Green Beans and Bacon

INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

  1. Blanch the green beans until they get that wonderful bright green color.
  2. Pull the green beans out and put them in a frying pan with the butter and the chopped bacon (uncooked).
  3. Stir around and add onion and garlic. Let it all saute in the pan until the bacon is crispy.
