BBQ Chicken Wings
A RECIPE FROM HOUSEWIFE ECLECTIC
- 2-3 lbs. chicken wings
- enough oil to fry wings in
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1-1.5 cups of your favorite BBQ sauce
- Fry chicken wings in oil until cooked inside and the outside is a light crisp brown.
- Place wings on paper towels to allow excess oil to drain off.
- Mix the wings with the sauce in a large bowl.
- Melt butter in pan.
- Add BBQ sauce.
- Stir well and remove from heat.
