Beef Sukayaki
A RECIPE FROM HOUSEWIFE ECLECTIC
INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs. beef, cut into strips
- 1 large onion
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- 3/4 cup Beef bouillon
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
PREPARATION
- Slice celery at an angle into thin slices and set aside.
- Slice onion.
- Add oil to pan, fry up veggies and remove from pan.
- Fry beef and then add the veggies and the remaining ingredients.
- Simmer 5 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
