Buffalo Chicken Wings
A RECIPE FROM HOUSEWIFE ECLECTIC
- 2-3 pounds chicken wings
- enough oil to fry wings in
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 1/2 tablespoons your choice hot sauce
- 1/2 vinegar
- Fry chicken wings in oil until cooked inside.
- Drain the wings on paper towels.
- Mix the wings with the sauce.
- Melt butter in pan.
- Add hot sauce and vinegar.
- Stir well and then remove from heat.
