Chicken Salad Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

  1. Boil chicken until cooked (internal temperature should be 165 degrees).
  2. Shred chicken.
  3. Allow chicken to cool completely in refrigerator.
  4. Stir in mayonnaise and mix in garlic salt.
  5. Chop apple, grapes and celery into small pieces and stir into salad.
  6. Chill the chicken salad in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  7. Slice each croissant down the middle and stuff with chicken salad.
