- 4 or 5 chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 3/4 cups of mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups Italian bread crumbs
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- Place thawed chicken in a greased glass baking dish.
- Spread the soup over the chicken.
- Sprinkle cheese and then bread crumbs over the dish.
- Pour the butter, melted, on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
