INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

  1. Melt the butter and add hash browns. Cook until the hash browns have browned.
  2. Put hash browns in a square pan.
  3. Add the layer of bacon over the hash browns.
  4. Beat the eggs and add the salt and pepper, milk and herbs.
  5. Pour over the mixture in the pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, until set.
  7. Add the cheese to the top and let melt.
