INGREDIENTS
- 2 packets Alfredo sauce
- 1 lb. mozzarella cheese
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- baby spinach leaves, chopped
- 1 pkg. pepperoni
- 1 pkg. bacon
- olives
DOUGH
- 1 Tablespoon yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons oil
- 3 cups flour
- 3 Tablespoons sugar
- Mix dough and let rest.
PREPARATION
- Prepare two packets of Alfredo sauce according to packet instructions.
- Roll out dough.
- Slather the Alfredo sauce on the pizza dough (this makes two pizzas or one 9x13 pan pizza).
- Add sliced tomatoes, chopped baby spinach leaves and cheese. Finish off the pizza with pepperoni, cooked crumbled bacon, and olives.
- Cook the pizza at 400 degrees, until the crust browns.
- Top the pizza with sliced avocado.
