Grilled Pineapple

INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

  1. Peel and core a fresh pineapple.
  2. Cut the pineapple in quarters, allowing for more surface area to be glazed.
  3. Mix honey and lime juice and coat the mixture over the pineapple.
  4. Place the pineapple in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to allow the glaze to sink in.
  5. Grill over medium heat until char marks appear, turning midway through (about 4-5 minutes per side).
