INGREDIENTS
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
PREPARATION
- Peel and core a fresh pineapple.
- Cut the pineapple in quarters, allowing for more surface area to be glazed.
- Mix honey and lime juice and coat the mixture over the pineapple.
- Place the pineapple in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to allow the glaze to sink in.
- Grill over medium heat until char marks appear, turning midway through (about 4-5 minutes per side).
