Lemonade Pie
A RECIPE FROM HOUSEWIFE ECLECTIC
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
- 1 can frozen lemonade
- 3 packages graham crackers
- 12 Tablespoons butter
PREPARATION
- Crush graham crackers into crumbs.
- Add melted butter and press into a glass 9x13 pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 7-9 minutes.
- Slightly soften ice cream.
- Mix lemonade into the ice cream, making sure to evenly distribute the lemonade.
- Crush a graham cracker and sprinkle the crumbs on the pie.
- Place in freezer and freeze until solid.
