INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup butter (soft)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups flour
FILLING INGREDIENTS
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
PREPARATION
- Cut the flour and powdered sugar into the butter and press into a 9x13 cake pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Mix the ingredients for the filling together and pour the filling over the baked crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees for another 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar on top of the lemon bars.
