INGREDIENTS

• 1 mango, chopped and peeled mango
• 1 red pepper, seeded and chopped
• 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
• 1 Tablespoon olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon lime peel, finely shredded
• 1 Tablespoon lime juice
• 1 Tablespoon vinegar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt and black pepper (each)
• 1/8 cup poblano pepper, diced

PREPARATION

1. Slice all ingredients.
2. Stir ingredients together.
