INGREDIENTS
- 1 mango, chopped and peeled mango
- 1 red pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon lime peel, finely shredded
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- 1 Tablespoon vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and black pepper (each)
- 1/8 cup poblano pepper, diced
PREPARATION
- Slice all ingredients.
