Pumpkin Cake
A RECIPE FROM HOUSEWIFE ECLECTIC
INGREDIENTS
- 4 eggs (beat until fluffy)
- 1 and 2/3 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 16-oz. can pumpkin
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
PREPARATION
- Beat eggs until fluffy and add sugar, oil and pumpkin. Mix well.
- Add the remaining ingredients, mixing as you go.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
