A RECIPE FROM HOUSEWIFE ECLECTIC
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tablespoon chopped or dehydrated onion
- 1 can corn or other canned vegetable
- 3-4 potatoes, mashed
- 1/4 cup American cheese
- Peel and boil potatoes. Mash the potatoes.
- Brown ground beef with the onion. Drain and pour into a casserole dish.
- Pour drained vegetable on top.
- Top casserole with mashed potatoes.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Add shredded cheese and bake another 5 minutes.
