INGREDIENTS
- 3-4 pounds chicken thighs
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
PREPARATION
- Prepare chicken by removing skin and excess fat
- Mix the remaining ingredients and place mixture in deep pot
- boil 30-45 minutes
- Serve over steamed rice.
