Sugar Cookies

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 4 cups flour

PREPARATION

1. Soften the butter and mix it with sugar.
2. Add eggs, sour cream, baking soda, vanilla and flour.
3. Roll out dough and place on a greased cookie sheet.
4. Use cookie cutters to make fun-shaped cookies.
5. Bake at 375 degrees until the cookies are lightly browned
6. Top with cream cheese frosting or other frosting of choice.
