Sweet Potato Fries

INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

  1. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into long strips.
  2. Place the fries in an ice bath for 15 minutes.
  3. Pat the fries dry and place in hot oil, about 350 degrees.
  4. Fry for about 5 minutes or until the fries are a golden brown.
  5. Remove from the fryer onto a paper towel and sprinkle with season salt.
  6. Serve with a sauce that is one part BBQ sauce and one part mayonnaise.
