INGREDIENTS
- 2 sweet potatoes
- Season salt
- cooking oil
PREPARATION
- Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into long strips.
- Place the fries in an ice bath for 15 minutes.
- Pat the fries dry and place in hot oil, about 350 degrees.
- Fry for about 5 minutes or until the fries are a golden brown.
- Remove from the fryer onto a paper towel and sprinkle with season salt.
- Serve with a sauce that is one part BBQ sauce and one part mayonnaise.
