CHICKEN PREPARATION
  1. Cut chicken into pieces.
  2. Make a bowl of cornstarch and add a little bit of garlic salt.
  3. Make a bowl of the eggs whisked.
  4. Dip the chicken into the eggs and then into the cornstarch.
  5. Put in a pan at 375 degrees, pretty hot with oil.
  6. Brown in sections and set aside on paper towel.
  7. Add oil each time each time you add a new batch.
SAUCE

PREPARATION

  1. Simmer 5-10 minutes.
  2. Turn down electric to 240 degrees.
  3. Pour sauce into pan.
  4. Stir in thickening of 2-3 Tablespoons cornstarch with water, then stir in pan.
